Fill out the google form and try to answer the questions the best you can. At the bottom of the form, add two legitimate forms of contact, for example email, phone number, whatsapp, facebook, textnow, landline, discord, etc.
Next, open your email service and open a draft addressed to samandkoda@woodlandmerchants.com
Start your email by stating that you submitted a form, and when.
In your email, include any extra information you have along with questions, including weather youre scheduling a one-time class or repeated classes.
If you are scheduling for a new student, please include information on any past knowledge or ability, and what the student hopes to get out of a class.
If you are not a new student, or are transfering from another teacher, include your skill level and documentation including your most recent Student Assesment Form, and any health records or competition records.
Send your email or schedule it to be sent. We will get back to you with prices, availability, and other information.
